Dues are the difference in living in a neighborhood or being a part of a community! Many of you often ask “what are the homeowners dues used for?” We communicate this is in every newsletter that is printed, and on this website.. The financial report is shown on the page 3 of the directory and shared at the annual meeting. Neighborhood dues cover the maintenance of the entry/right-of-way mowing, newsletters, phone alerts, fall block party, website and email, holiday decorating contest, landscaping, utilities, repairs and directories. A great value for $50! Our homeowners fees are one of the lowest in the city.

A few times during the year, we sent out emails to our list regarding neighborhood events and other issues. Please click on the link to the left to register your email to our list. All email addresses are kept private and are never used for solication purposes.
Annual Meeting
Our annual meeting is held in March each year. Dues of $50 are also collected from homeowners at this time. Each household will receive an invoice on their door when it is time for dues to be paid. When dues are paid on time, homeowners are ensured that there phone numbers are correctly printed in the directory which is delivered in May.
Your $50 annual dues goes to provide community maintenance, etnry/right-of-way mowing, holiday decorating, landscaping, activities, utilities, repairs, directories, website and so much more in our great neighborhood. We reached a milestone of having 70% pay their fair share in 2008. Let's make that number bigger in 2009!
Directories Delivered
Invoices will be delivered to homes in April to collect the 2010 dues.
